Blooms and Blocks, LLC is fully licensed and insured in the State of New Jersey. Our Owner, Evan Wrede is a 3rd generation landscaping expert. Evan's family owned and operated All Seasons Nursery and Garden Center in Dover, DE. Since the age of 8, Evan spent weekends and summers helping at the retail garden center and 30 acre production nursery.
In 1997 Evan took over the landscape division of the business and provided landscape design, installation, and renovation to residential customers throughout central Delaware. Hardscaping services were added in 2010. His business joined the Delaware Nursery and Landscape Association in 2013 and Evan served as president from 2016-2017.
After finding the love of his life Hillary, in South Jersey in 2021, Evan decided to move here permanently to be with her. With his new business, Blooms and Blocks LLC, Evan looks forward to providing the same level of knowledge, expertise and customer service to the homeowners of South Jersey that he shared with his customers in Dover over the past 27 years.
